Construction Update For December For Park Central Liverpool Waters

So, as we are fast approaching the most wonderful time of the year, we wanted to give an update on the progress that has been completed on Park Central our second build here on Central Dock Liverpool.The build itself is massively close to completion, the developers target was around March 2020, as we are still working towards finishing and welcoming our first residents around this time, perfect start to the spring, here on the water front.We wanted the building to be watertight before the fast approaching winter weather arrives, this is now thankfully complete.The brickwork externally is coming along wonderful with East and South sides now near completion, internally the fit out as in kitchens and floors are more than over halfway complete, doors and tiling are over 70% complete.We've received some fantastic comments about Romal's second build, we know speaking to all our wonderful residents here at Quay Central that as we fast approach completion all residents will be looked after and will be made to feel very welcome.As we were the first to complete here on Central Dock with Quay Central, we wanted to make sure that everyone was looked after and to be available on site daily to assist and make move-in's that bit easier, this has shown that Romal are committed to make the process memorable, and assure that the service we provide will be on going through-out the coming months and throughout 2020.Liverpool itself has so much to offer and our location is perfect for people who want to take it all in, but then step away and enjoy the beautiful calmness and relax by the water.There's exciting plans for the whole of the Central Dock area, this new development and neighbourhood is just part of Liverpool Waters £5.5bn development that has been proposed by the Peel Group.The development will make use of a series of presently derelict dock spaces at Central Docks, with much of the docks in a World Heritage Site.
